1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription fees paid to SwarnaVyapar for SwarnaVyapar software. Online payments and UPI Autopay mandates are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our authorised payment gateway facilitator. SwarnaVyapar does not store your full card or UPI credentials.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Sign in to SwarnaVyapar and open Settings → Billing (or Admin → Billing).
- Select Cancel subscription for the shop you wish to stop renewing.
- Confirm cancellation. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation where offered.
UPI Autopay: You may also revoke the mandate at any time from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or your bank's UPI section). Revoking the mandate stops future automatic debits but does not by itself refund past charges.
3. Free Plan
The Starter (free) plan does not require payment. You may stop using the service at any time without cancellation fees.
4. Refund Eligibility
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee (first paid subscription): If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first successful paid charge, contact us for a full refund of that charge.
- Duplicate charges: Refunded in full after verification.
- Failed service delivery: If paid features were unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, we may issue a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
- Renewal charges: Generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or at our discretion for documented billing errors.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@swarnavyapar.in or use our Contact Us page with:
- Registered email and shop name
- Razorpay payment ID or subscription ID
- Date and amount of charge
- Reason for refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method via Razorpay. Credits typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. UPI refunds may take 1–5 business days. If a refund is not visible after 7 business days, contact us with your payment reference.
7. Downgrades and Plan Changes
Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise in your billing dashboard. Upgrades are charged immediately on a pro-rata basis where applicable.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
