1. Nature of Product

SwarnaVyapar is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for jewellery businesses. All features are delivered digitally through our website and supported browsers/devices. No physical products are shipped as part of your subscription.

2. Service Delivery (Digital Fulfillment)

  • Activation: Access is provisioned immediately after successful payment verification (typically within minutes).
  • Delivery method: Online account access at https://swarnavyapar.in and authorised mobile browsers.
  • Onboarding: New shops complete setup via the onboarding wizard. Support is available if you need assistance activating features.
  • Updates: Product updates, security patches, and new features are delivered automatically without additional shipping or installation steps.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery is instant (same day) upon payment confirmation. In rare cases of payment verification delays or technical issues, access may take up to 24 hours. Contact support@swarnavyapar.in if access is not available within 24 hours of payment.

4. Shipping Charges

Not applicable. SwarnaVyapar does not charge shipping fees. All prices on our Pricing page are inclusive of digital delivery unless GST or taxes are shown separately at checkout.

5. Exchange Policy (Plan Changes)

In the context of SaaS subscriptions, "exchange" refers to changing your subscription plan:

  • Upgrade: Move to a higher plan (e.g. Professional → Business). Upgrades may take effect immediately with pro-rata billing.
  • Downgrade: Move to a lower plan at the next billing cycle from Billing settings.
  • Billing cycle change: Monthly/yearly changes follow terms shown at checkout and in your billing dashboard.

Plan exchanges do not involve physical return of goods. Feature access adjusts according to the new plan limits.

6. Physical Goods

SwarnaVyapar does not sell jewellery or physical inventory. Jewellery items managed in the software belong to your shop and are not sold or shipped by SwarnaVyapar.

7. Service Interruptions

If the platform is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, we work to restore access promptly. Extended outages may be eligible for service credits per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
