    Use your phone camera to photograph the paper invoice, or upload an existing PDF. The AI processes the image and extracts line items.

  3. Review the extracted draft

    The draft shows extracted fields next to the original image. Fix any incorrect weights, purity, or rates. Add any items the AI missed.

  4. Save to inventory
