SwarnaVyapar
WhatsApp invoice sharing for jewellers
Save the invoice and send the PDF on WhatsApp before the customer steps away from the counter. No printer required, no email the customer never opens.
Bill save hua — WhatsApp pe chala gaya. Print ki zarurat nahi.
Same workspace as inventory, schemes, khata & loans — see plans.
Customers leave without a proper bill
Most jewellery shop customers walk out with a paper receipt that gets crumpled. Shops that want to go digital often try email, but jewellery customers in Tier-1 to Tier-3 India are on WhatsApp, not email. SwarnaVyapar lets you share the GST invoice PDF on WhatsApp from the invoice view in one tap.
Who this is for
- Shops where customers prefer WhatsApp over printed bills
- Owners who want customers to have a clean digital record for warranty and exchange
- Teams that also want to send scheme reminders and festival offers on WhatsApp
- Shops that want to reduce paper printing without losing bill documentation
Invoice share vs WhatsApp marketing
SwarnaVyapar supports two WhatsApp use cases. Invoice sharing: from any saved invoice, tap Share on WhatsApp to send the PDF. Marketing (on plans with WhatsApp Business API): send festival offers, scheme reminders, maturity notifications to targeted segments. Invoice share works without any API configuration.
What the customer receives
The customer receives a PDF of the GST invoice — same design as the print version — directly on WhatsApp. It shows shop name, invoice number, date, line items with weights and making charges, GST breakdown, and totals.
How it works on the counter
Complete the invoice as usual
Create the GST invoice with all line items, weights, making, and tax. Review and save.
Tap Share on WhatsApp
From the saved invoice view, tap the WhatsApp share button. The PDF generates and WhatsApp opens with the customer's number pre-filled.
Customer receives the PDF
The customer gets the invoice PDF on WhatsApp. They can save it or present it for warranty or exchange.
Marketing campaigns (separate feature)
On plans with WhatsApp Business API, run campaigns: scheme due reminders, maturity notifications, festival offers, or new stock announcements.
